    To create clean and crisp details all artwork needs to be in one of the following file types:
    • .PDF – Adobe PDF
    • .AI – Illustrator
    • .PSD – Photoshop (Min 150 dpi)
    • .CDR – Corel Draw
    For best printing the minimum DPI needs to be 150 dpi, anything less will result in a “choppy” or pixelized look. JPG or PNG file is acceptable depending on the quality. Many times clients will send a PDF created with photoshop which doesn’t always work. If you are not sure, contact us to find out before submitting items.

    We start the order process with a conversation over the phone or email. During this conversation we will discuss the gear you want and the design you have in mind.

    Step 2: Templates

    If you have a designer with some artwork. We have templates for you to download for each item. Each template is fairly straight forward. All files must be 150 ppi minimum with the correct file extension.

    Step 3: Print

    Once the work is submitted to our team. We will contact you if there are any issues. When the final check is complete, the printing process will be started. You'll be enjoying your gear in no time.

    Custom Order Information

    TEAM AND CLUB APPAREL

    Custom sublimated apparel sets you apart and gives your team a unique look. Sublimation printing allows a range of colors to be gas-dyed into the fabric allowing vibrant colors to explode. No bleeding, peeling or fading.
    THE STANDARD

    Cycling Jerseys come with a standard 7-inch or 10-inch zipper. Please specify at time of ordering.

    Options: 11″ – 16″ zipper / Invisible zipper 9″ – 16″ = add $10.00 Full Length zipper = add $10.00

    BMX Jerseys come with elbow pads and a standard black cuff. Sublimated cuff = add $6.00 per jersey. NO CHARGE for Sublimated Names.
    PAYMENT

    All custom orders require a 50% deposit and balance due upon delivery. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Personal Checks. Full payment must be made before we can ship product out.
    PRICING

    Before final pricing is given, all designs and artwork must be submitted to the art department (art@chsportswear.com) for review.

    Any custom order needed in under 4 weeks will incur a 25% rush charge. This will be subject to the current production schedule.
    DELIVERY

    Standard lead time for custom orders is 4 – 6 weeks once all artwork is finalized and 50% deposit is received. All orders will ship FOB Long Beach.
    ART DEPARTMENT

    3 hours of art time is included in the base price. Art time is billed at $55.00 per hour. All designs must be submitted in vector format. We also accept hand-drawn layouts for those with the concept but not the computer savvy.
    DESIGN

    Let our art department design a unique garment that will set your team apart. Each custom design is $125.00. If you can dream it, we can guide you through to the finished product.

    Color Matching:

    Color matching will be matched against the PMS standard color chart. Exact match to that chart cannot be guaranteed; however, it will be as close as possible to the eye.
    CLIENT ART SUBMISSION

    CDR, EPS, AI, or PDF are all acceptable VECTOR files.

    JPG, PNG, TIFF and PSD files are acceptable if the quality and DPI are usable, Hi-Res or high resolution.

    Artwork submitted that is NOT usable will put the project on hold and you will be contacted and offered an estimate to make the artwork usable.
    TEMPLATES FOR ARTWORK

    You can visit the Downloads page for templates in PDF form. After the details or artwork are set on the template you can email the PDF, a scanned copy or even a quick picture of the template. Someone will be in contact with you regarding your request and details will be given for the next step.
    GUARANTEE

    Cyberhorse Sportswear guarantees the quality of our products. Our garments are made with pride in the USA. Any claims of shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours and will be handled accordingly. No returns will be accepted if they have been altered, washed or rode in.
